The Energy Regulatory Office publishes the average market price of greenhouse gas emission allowances for the year 2023 for the purposes of the provisions of Section 26d(5) of Act No.165/2012 Coll., on Supported Energy Sources and on Amendments to Certain Acts, as amended, and the regulation of thermal energy prices.
